Question: Are products available to be delivered on weekends?
Answer: Generally, no. FedEx is our preferred shipper, and their standard pickup and delivery services are provided on business days (M-F). There are exceptions. FedEx Home Delivery (which we use) sometimes delivers on Saturdays. Also, SDM ships some light packages via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail, which may be delivered on Saturdays.
This question usually arises because a customer is on a tight timeframe—say, calling on a Thursday night and wanting FedEx Saturday Delivery. Unfortunately FedEx Saturday Delivery is not available nationwide, so we do not offer it as a general rule.
