We do send an order confirmation email after you have placed an order so that you can make sure the text entered is correct. We have wonderful team of experienced engravers that format and size your text to look its best on the urn of choice. If you have any specific preferences or requests, you can leave a note in the order comments or give us a call. If there is any need for clarification, one of our engravers will always contact you.
